- Finzace is an alternative investment facilitation app/portal as such refunds and cancellations are not applicable. Investing in opportunities listed on our platform is your independent call and as such, you can choose to withdraw from investing at any time before making payment. Your mere browsing of our app/portal, a perusal of investment opportunities listed, or showing interest to invest in investment opportunity(ies) listed on the app/portal does not create any contractual right/obligation whatsoever unless and until you make the payment of the price mentioned in the app/portal. Further, we do not warrant the subsequent availability of an investment opportunity for which payment of the price is not completed.
- Finzace may, at its sole discretion, choose to refund the Registration Fee as a reward in certain situations, such as in the case of promotional offers or referral programs. However, such refunds are completely at the discretion of Finzace and not mandatory. Any decision made by Finzace with respect to such refunds shall be final and binding on all users of the app/portal.
